This therapy is the use of creative and artistic processes to aid you deal with your personal and life hinderances. You don't have to be Artistic!

I use various mediums, such as art, dance, and psychology, to achieve this purpose. My unwavering curiosity and relentless efforts for exploration have been the driving forces towards my journey in psychology and clinical psychology.
